OK.SO I started cooking abit before working at Black Point with Konstantine at Piroshki and Papa at Greek or the Akropolus..
Now after cooking in restuarants and hospitals and senior homes, I am thinking what is it like in Faires right now?
anyone care to share what the food is like? what is goin on with after hours, any one even able to do a dinner thing for Participants and staff?
I would love ot be involved with faire again and bring good cooking there, not to say anything bad of current vendors.
